Gliffaes has been run as a hotel by the same family since 1948 and it is now under the management of the third generation. The hotel overlooks the Usk Valley and the surrounding country side of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Environmental Achievements

• Composting equipment has reduced waste to landfill by 30%
• Recycling cardboard and glass, diverting 30 tonnes from landfill
• Cleaning materials and toiletries sourced in concentrate form and distilled into reusable containers
