Company Profile
Theatr Mwldan was opened in 1988 by Cardigan Theatre; they managed the venue until 1992 when Theatr Mwldan became a limited company with charitable status.
A £7 million capital development project in 2004 resulted in a new complex comprising two auditoria, two studio spaces, a gallery, café, bar and tourist information centre. Theatr Mwldan presents a programme of professional and community live performance, mainstream and specialist film, visual arts exhibitions and participatory activity and is a regional venue of strategic importance within Wales.
The Mwldan Group employs 25 staff and Creative Mwldan rents workstations to a further 5 creative industries.

- Improved gas central heating efficiency by recycling waste heat
- Reducing electricity usage by re-lamping with lower wattage lamps
