Company Profile

In January 2003 we moved to River View Touring Park, a small neglected 2 star caravan and camping site set in 16 acres of pasture and woodland.  We felt very privileged to live in such beautiful surroundings and developed our business plans to achieve a quality site that enhanced our ‘little bit of West Wales’. 

We now have a viable business that we are proud of, offering 60 pitches in natural surroundings and a new timber amenities building.

Our work has been recognised by achieving Green Dragon Environmental Standard® Level 2, David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation and a good 4 star grading.

Achievements

  • Solar water heating for the amenities building.
  • New waste water treatment facility using a reed-bed.
  • Low energy lighting and water saving measures implemented.
  • Landscaping using indigenous plants and re-cycled materials.
  • Re-cycling centre for guests’ glass, tins and paper.

Future Plans

  • Many, including land management for nature and harnessing renewable energy sources.
