EnviroGene Limited specialises in the development and commercialisation of DNA-based technologies for application in the environmental sector.  EnviroGene has recently developed a range of assays that allow the identification and quantification of the sources of faecal bacteria impacting on water systems. These assays have been developed primarily for the US market. Significant sales revenue has already been received by EnviroGene who plan to launch these assay into the UK and European markets over the next year.  EnviroGene is further using its DNA-based skills to develop markets in pollution monitoring, contaminated land and groundwater remediation and the energy sector.
