The Trust, which employs around 6,500 staff, manages a comprehensive range of integrated hospital and community services.  Neath and Port Talbot Hospital, the Princess of Wales Hospital and a number of Health Centres and Clinics work together to provide these services.

The philosophy of the Trust is to promote innovation by developing the workforce, continually improving service quality whilst ensuring the best use of resources through performance management.

  • Achieved Green Dragon Environmental Standard® Level 2
  • Installed a rainwater harvesting system
  • Installed a cardboard baler facilitating recycling
