At zodshop we specialise in working with companies, charities and individuals who share our concern for the environment. We aim to produce high quality design and print with the minimal environmental impact.

All promotional material produced for the Wales Business & Sustainability Awards 2006 was done so using a variety of methods to ensure a low ecological footprint for the event.

Design & Print

All design was produced by zodshop. Our award winning studio is powered entirely by our own renewable energy system, harnessing power from the wind, sun and water. Visuals and artwork were sent digitally as PDFs via the internet, reducing travel requirements and paper usage.

One meeting was held whereby zodshop arrived using a combination of public transport and bicycle (30 miles).

To ensure low environmental impact during printing, digital technology was used, which eliminates the use of aluminium plates, solvents, chemicals and paper wastage. Promotional items were printed using 100% renewable energy, on Greencoat Velvet paper, which is totally chlorine free (TCF) and contains 80% recycled material, it is also approved by the National Association of Paper Manufacturers.
