Resource Efficiency - Carbon Reduction
There are two awards in this category:
1 Award for organisations with fewer than 50 staff
2 Award for organisations with 50 or more staff
Organisations applying for an award in this category will have implemented improvement programmes with targets in place leading to carbon reduction. These should be reported annually. It is essential that reductions in CO2 are thoroughly analysed and reported in the application and that there is a continual improvement programme in place with further predicted savings. The judges will look for organisations that focus upon the use of low carbon and renewable energy sources.
